1、 Introduction:
The consumption ordering management system is mainly divided into two aspects for ordering consumption. On the one hand, it is ordered by the ordering machine, and on the other hand, it is ordered by the consumption management system software. It supports four meals per day (breakfast, lunch, dinner and supper).

The ordering operation is very flexible. You can order meals automatically. After the system sets the number of meals to be ordered, you can order meals in the specified period of time without manual intervention. The predetermined amount is deducted while ordering meals. The machine displays the number of ordered meals and the deduction amount, and the cardholder can consume on the consumer machine;

The canteen staff will check the ordering records by collecting the data in the ordering machine, and determine the meals of the day according to the ordering conditions; During consumption, only those who have ordered meals can consume on the consumer machine, and those who have not ordered meals cannot consume.

2、 Software interface

Ordering meals by time period: you can set 4 time periods for ordering meals, and the time within the time period cannot be nested;

Ordering start time: the time when you start swiping your card to order meals;

Ordering end time: the time when the card booking ends;

Cross Day: whether the ordered meal times cross day;

Meals: the number of meals ordered by swiping the card during this time period;




Enter the start time and end time of daily ordering;

On the same day, the staff will book the meal times of the next day after the meal inspection; Ordering is not allowed without meal inspection; If there is no ordering staff, you can also manually order the meals of the day;

Allow staff to automatically order meals across multiple days (up to 3 days, convenient for weekend staff);

You can select query
>Select "ordering and consumption": query the data of both ordering and inspection consumption. Non inspection consumption is not counted here. It is suitable to query the personnel data corresponding to normal consumption one by one;

>Select "consumption without ordering": query the consumption data of non ordering personnel, but there is no ordering data. The consumption data here does not include the consumption data of meal inspection, which is suitable for querying the consumption data of non ordering personnel;

>Select "there is ordering but no consumption": query the personnel data with ordering data and no meal inspection data; Here, the consumption of non meal inspection data is not counted. It is suitable to query the personnel who ordered meals but did not consume.
